This gentleman came out about a month ago and drained my septic tank. Afterwards he told me the pump was bad. He came yesterday and replaced the pump. These pics are the following day in my shower/tub. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENING PRIOR TO THE WORK HE DID YESTERDAY. And the water is from AFTER I had to put the liquid plumber down the drain. When I told him about it, he said “do you want me to remove the pump?” Then proceeded to tell me that I was lying about this bathroom and that it HAD to be this way before. He then told me “I have a great lawyer lady.” I have 4 kids living in our home and this is how the job ended. Oh, they also ONLY take cash or Zelle as a payment, which he neglected to tell me until after this job was done, after he showed up 2 hours after he told me he would. I also have asked him for a detailed receipt and the videos but still haven’t received anything.

We had our septic system inspected 3 weeks before taking possession of our home in Florida. After moving here we signed contract & within a couple days horrible gasses built up in the house. We called another septic company. Come to find out that the whole system needs to be replace. I called Rick & he won’t guarantee his inspection 3 weeks later. Poor business! He said it’s not his problem!

He arrived when he said he would. Found the Septic Tank in one try. Completed pumping the septic tank in a timely manner. He provided helpful advice for helping keep the septic system operating smoothly. I could not have asked for a better experience for this service.
