My property was in a need for add on septic tank/Drain Flow system for a add on edition to my residence. We call “Dampier septic” for there service and Mr. Dampier and His Grandson (Buddy) came to our residence to do a qoute/inspection of our drain flow and septic tank. Mrs. Brenda replied within a day or two had a quote of there service that they could provide. We expect the quote of the add on septic tank/Drain Flow, the next week (Buddy & Marc) was at the site on time and prepared. Everything was going well until we run into a road block..* limestone *… It was a Big Blow to our one day job. But (Buddy, Marc & Mrs. Brenda) went way over and beyond to help us to correct the issues that we where facing. I would like to Thank the “Dampier Company & There Employees”… That was dedicated to the tasks that was at hand. For our new Flow Drain & New Septic Tank. Thanks Dampier Septic.

On Thursday 6/22/23 the alarm on our septic system went off and we notified “the” company we had been using that we need repairs. Long story short the number we called was not local so we had no idea when someone might call us back. So we looked up and called local company Dampier Septic and left a message that night at 730am the next day which was a Friday Brenda called and said that as soon as the staff arrived she would dispatch them to us! Yay!! Buddy and Mark arrived shortly before 830am, assessed the situation and determined what repairs were needed. We also needed assistance of an electrician and thanks to Vintage Electric and Dampier Septic working so well together they got our septic system repaired and back on line by mid afternoon Friday! Dampier Septic is local and we very much support local business at every opportunity especially when they provide 5 Star Service from the Office to the Field! Thank You Brenda, Buddy and Mark for taking care of us on Friday, June 23, 2024! We will be sure to recommend you to others!

I am blown away by Brenda Dampier’s customer service. I have never experienced such kindness, support, and guidance from any company before. My drain field “needed” to be replaced after 3 years and I contacted a few companies and Dampier was the only company that went above and beyond to help. Brenda made time to guide me through diagnosing the issue, getting the permit, then deciding the best course of action. After months of diagnosing and leak repairs, it seems the issue MAY be fixed without replacing the drain field. Brenda held on to my permit and kept my info handy in case the situation turned. The honesty & integrity of this company is very rare. Brenda saved me $10,000+ and a stressful drain field replacement. Other companies told me I had no choice but to replace it. A few friends and family members recommended Dampier and I am so happy they did. I haven’t used Dampier’s services, but I have no doubt (based on friend recommendations and Brenda’s service) that this is the best septic company in town. They have a waiting list for repairs, (demand is high!) so make sure to call them asap.

Our drain field was not draining and sewage was backing up into the house. I called several companies who came out and said I needed to replace the drain field. I had a new drain field installed about 5 years ago when we moved into the house so I did not believe it was already in need of replacement. I called Dampier and spoke with Allison over the phone and explained the situation. She took the time to look up our property and permit of the last install. She suggested the drain field could just be saturated from the enormous amount of rain we had had that season and due to the location of the drain field being at the lower elevation of our property. She gave me suggestions to alleviate the pressure in our tank and to try to wait it out until the rain stopped and the land dried out. It worked, and a few weeks later everything was operating successfully. We were so thankful someone with integrity and professionalism was able to walk us through some options before telling us we needed to do unnecessary work. They have now gained my trust and we will use Dampier in the future for our septic needs. Thank you Allison!

I called Dampier to check on my septic tank. They found everything quickly, dug it up, pumped it out, cleaned the filter and replaced the dirt and grass. Very professional and reliable. I will be calling them again in three to five years when I need this again.

This company is not about wanting to keep local business. Called to inquire about the cost to purchase a holding tank for them and paying for the service to have it pumped out on a quarterly basis instead of a weekly service. They would rather me pay for a service that is over kill. If was trying to make it a win/win but Ms. Dampier would rather have it as a win for her and a loss for the customer. It is about customer service and loyalty. I just received a call from Ms. Dampier and she is willing to work with me as a customer and make a win/win situation. It appears there was a bit of miss communication with the receptionist. Thank you

I had my routine septic tank pump out done by Dampier. They had the best price, the staff was super helpful and pleasant to work with (unlike another big company in town I had used in the past), and the service was fast and professional. I will definitely use them for all my septic needs in the future. Thanks Dampier! Highly recommended!

This is a conscientious family owned business and it shows. Owners answer the phone and are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices met or beat the competition but it didn’t require multiple calls to get answers to my questions. When it came time for installation they were on time and 100% professional. I also used Dampier Well Drilling and had a similar response and result. You can’t go wrong with Dampier.
