BEWARE! They did a terrible job, broke our sidewalk, installed the tank too high then tried to put about 6 inches of dirt on top ruining the grade of our yard. We made them remove the dirt as we didn’t want water running toward the house and now the grass burns over the tank all summer. Also, there is no record of a permit being pulled. When we complained the owner came out, told us everything was according to code, (but as there was no permit there was no inspection so how would we know) yelled at us, and was very nasty then drove away. A year later we visited the Volusia County property website and there is no record of a permit ever being issued nor did we see an inspector come. Also be aware the if you do leave a bad review All Daytona will respond with bullying, lies and accusations which says more about their company than anything I can say. Re their response to this review. They never told us about the filter for example, which btw has been replaced. Also in their response, they didn’t address the fact that there is no evidence of a permit being pulled and the county has no record of one, which we didn’t discover until the sale of the property late last year. They also ignored the fact that they broke our sidewalk by backing up a dump truck full of dirt over the sidewalk. When we asked for it to be repaired his response was: would you rather we broke your driveway? Apparently, it’s ok with them that there’s a dead patch in the middle of the front yard over the septic tank every summer since their installation. If the tank was installed at the correct depth why did they attempt to put about 6 inches of dirt on top of it? They did nothing to resolve our issues but drive out to the property and insult us. We no longer own the property, although we do live across the street, but so what? That doesn’t negate what was done by All Daytona. The reason I am leaving another review now, aside from discovering that no permit exists, is because I have seen so many complaints about All Daytona on social media that I thought an additional warning to the public was warranted. If informing the public about the actions of this company is belligerent and defamation then I need a new dictionary! I highly recommend Herb Weems Plumbing for any septic work you need to have done, he is very knowledgeable, responsive, and pleasant to work with. I am not the only one who has had a negative, very unpleasant interaction with this company as evidenced by their 3.9 rating.

I just called to make an appointment as I noticed its “24 hours” the person (lady) that answered “answering service “ did not answer with an intro as to where i was calling thats 1 and 2 she said she would have to send a message for an appointment so i asked what is the point of the answering service? She said to take messages then hung up. Which was very rude, i chose to call all daytona because they did work for a business before. She has no customer service etiquette.

In 2018 I needed my septic pumped. I made an appointment for that and I figured the drain field would need replaced, and when they pumped the tank I was correct. I got on the schedule and had NO issues with All Daytona. The install went smoothi and after backfilling was when all the problems began. I had a cave in at the head of the drain field, I called they sent I guy out and he filled it with sand and left. A short time later it caved in again, I called and John the owner came out and told me he would send someone out to fix it. That guy comes out digs it up and adds fabric that either wasn’t installed correctly or was moved or something but he back filled it. Then it started caving at the other end of the field and they sent someone out and never told me someone was coming and I noticed that they only threw dirt in the hole and left. So for the past couple of years I have been chasing them through just fix it CORRECTLY so I can leave them alone but here I sit waiting for John to call me back and I have a huge hole in my yard that is now going under the front of my house. The problem with your statement is… 1(You stated it was missing fabric, then came out and allegedly fixed the fabric. 2) John stated on the phone that he thought it was roof run-off without ever coming out and looking at it! 3) The drain field is on a gable side off the roof and its not even possible for it to be roof run-off! 4) It is close to 15′-20′ to the roof valleys that drain on a whole different side as the drain field! and hypothetically even if it was the problem then how do you explain the drain field caving in at the opposite side of the field OUT in the MIDDLE of the yard?? 5) One of your competitors fixed the problem and said the fabric was installed to thin across the ends and all the sand was flowing into the pipes causing me to lose at least 30% of its performance. he also said you all are know for not taking care of the customer. I’m surprised you guys actually replied to my review, seeing as you guys NEVER call back and NEVER do what you say you will do!! BTW i am a 25yrs roofer so its crazy that, that was the lie you decided to go with!

Company makes assumptions on what systems you have present, makes promises to show up and never follow through. Tech is lazy and avoids coming out without knowing the facts. Horrible service!!!!!!

Needed septic tank pumped out ASAP on a Saturday. They came out right away and had it done within a half hour of arrival. Definitely recommend.
