I am super happy with Sequoia Pumping’s service! I called them to schedule my septic tank to be pumped and they were very helpful over the phone giving me information on how to find my tank. They scheduled me right away and were on time, fairly priced (lower than other companies), courteous, informative, and they completed the job quickly. I will definitely use them again!

Kelly is awesome. Best service from a septic company. It may have been fate but he was at my job site in 5 min. It was an awesome experience, I wish they came to TC. Thank you again for quality, speedy, and affordable service. I’m a plumber and use a couple different pumpers and amazing service.

Our septic tank had not been treated in the 9 years I’ve lived here so we got it pumped before any disasters happened. Sequoia was very professional and helpful in explaining the process to me Their crew arrived early, dug out the lid and drained the tank in about an hour. They covered everything up and raked back the ground cover too. Sequoia recommends regular service every 4 years, and I will be using them again.

Purchased my first house with a septic tank and thought it would be a good idea to get the tank emptied. Called sequoia pumping to setup a appointment and the customer service was fantastic They went out of their way to get me on the schedule for next day service. A few hours later I received a phone call from sequoia pumping stating they had already pumped my septic right before I purchased the house and there is no need for service right now. Fantastic customer service and other company would still come out and charge the customer even knowing that the septic has already been pumped. I highly recommend business.
