For portable toilets, Rachel, the woman that helps with ordering and customer service for the toilets is extremely rude everytime I call. She cuts me off when I’m speaking, overall acts extremely impatient, like it’s an inconvenience everytime I phone her up- which isn’t too often. I try to be polite when I’m on the phone with anyone and usually don’t complain about service in case people are having a bad day, but legitimately everytime I call Rachel makes me feel bad for even opening my mouth. The builder I work for just recently started using BBB after switching from another company, however I worked for another builder before this that used BBB and Rachel was mean over the phone even back then. Will keep using for portables but I wish I had another option to switch to just because of the attitude. This review is being left on behalf of my opinions and not my employers. Thanks!

I recommend BBB 100%. They came to clean out my septic, didn’t know where the lid was and they located it immediately just by their knowledge of where to look. Thank you BBB for such a great service.

BBB Septic really helped us out being homeowners for the first time with septic system issues. We were dealing with problems in our lateral lines and one line getting overloaded with water. Thankfully, Brook and John were quick to respond to our call and handled everything with professionalism. Brook took the time to teach us how our septic system works, which we really appreciated. They made some adjustments on the spot that improved the system’s efficiency and balance. Their problem-solving approach made us feel confident that the service call was worth every penny. Office assistance manning the phones lacks in customer service. Cutting off someone while they are speaking, and jumping to conclusions was enough to make us give up on our request for service.

Worst portable toilet service I’ve ever seen. Deplorable conditions. Pump truck doesn’t clean, only pumps waste. Showed up on our job site yesterday and only left toilet paper. Did not even pump tanks. They are over flowing and disgusting. 10/10 would not recommend
