Had a furnace issue today.Lloyd showed up to fix it very shortly after my calling them. Very knowledgeable knew exactly what to do and did it quickly. Another company gave me misleading info,saying it could not be fixed and that I needed to buy a new unit. Martinez is superb from Cindy in the office to Lloyd in the field. Would recommend to everyone. You really saved us from not having heat. My wife and myself are very grateful. Thank you so much.

Andrew serviced our 2 gas fireplaces inserts. He was very knowledgeable and professional. As well as willing to discuss/share his process with us to ensure we were more informed. He took his time and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend!!

In this town there are good and bad cowboys, Martinez are with good ones. We had an issue with 100+ year old clay sewer that would have cost is tens of thousands to replace. Mark at Martinez quoted us for a fiberglass liner at a fraction, no digging, no messing around with our yard, sidewalks and tie-ins. Andrew was one of the most knowledgeable and honest hard working guy I’ve met in a long time. The job took longer than they expected but they worked extra hours to get it done right. I highly recommend them if you have an issue with your sewer line or any plumbing at your property.

These guys worked their butts off to help us with our issue. Great experience from the initial call to completing the job. Our issue? Dog toy in the sewer line! Damn Dog! I would suggest Martinez plumbing to anyone I know. Great, small, family company. Thank you for all of the help!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After closing on a house that needed a small leak repaired, Martinez plumbing was supposed to fix it on the 3rd of March when nobody showed up we got told we weren’t even on the schedule. We finally got a plumber and he only partially did the job and said he would come back the next day. He ended up never showing up. So another plumber came and started cutting the wall and “fixed” the wall. He left the wall duct taped and also messed some of the flooring up. When we asked if he was done he said he was. We were contacted by the owner Lloyd and was told he was “mortified” by the condition of the the job and was going to fix it personally himself. Only he went back on his word. I ended up canceling with them and went with a company that actually respects their customers.

Fantastic company! Super helpful on the phone, and the guy that came out to service our system ended up actually being the owner of the company. He explained what was going on with our unit and why it wasn’t heating and was able to repair it as opposed to replace it. We had called another company previously, and they told us to expect to need to replace it soon. For this reason, I think this is a very honest company, which can be hard to come by these days. I will 100% be using this company for any plumbing or heating system repairs in the future.
