Outrageous charge for 10 minutes of work. I know it’s the nature of their business, but $389 for 10 minutes of work (no parts) is very hard to swallow.

I really got taken to the cleaners by these guys… moved here a couple of years ago and have been looking for a reliable local plumber, but unfortunately these guys will never get a call from me again. Over $3200 for a 50 gallon replacement tank! Same exact model with no changes to the hook ups… they just had to plug it in. Also, the tank they were replacing was only 7 years old and also installed by them! You’d think they would want returning business from a new owner, but apparently the cash grab is better. The only thing keeping this above a 1-star is the fact that the plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to talk me through some other options before settling on the simple replacement, which I did appreciate. They could have charged me $2k and I’d be discussing future remodels with them.

Our hot water tank went out and of course on one of the coldest days. I called Oak Creek Plumbing and they set up an appointment for the next day. Our plumber arrived and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told us we would need a new hot water heater. He told us he would pick it up, install the new hot water heater and remove our old one. (I also had the option of buying my own). We went with the plumber buying it. Also this way it would be under warranty too. Everything was completed in a matter of hours. I couldn’t be more pleased. I will admit Oak Creek Plumbing is my go to company for all my plumbing needs. They are efficient and courteous from the person I talk to on the phone for an appointment to the person/ people that come to my home. They give me an upfront cost and are reasonably priced for their services. I would highly recommend calling them for all your plumbing needs. Definitely five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ plus.

After calling around to several different plumbers about a sewage back up and getting told that I’d have to wait until the next day, I called Oak Creek Plumbing. They were reasonably priced and was out to me within an hour of my call.

These guys must be totally oblivious to their surroundings. Watched two vans roll up on a site in my neighborhood and they managed to block two other work crews plus street traffic.
