Find a mom and pop shop! Corporations like this are too expensive – $325 just to come out. Technician said they got out 50-60 feet and pulled up clay. Had another company come out to TV it and fix the sewer drain. Found out there is a complete obstruction at the bottom. Roto rooter never would have gotten 50-60 feet out let alone 2 feet.

I called them after days of not being able to clear a clog and the plumber came out and had the line clear within and hour, fast service , pricing was very reasonable

They came out with in 30 minutes of my call when no one else would. Others wanted fee just to walk through my door. They were shockingly reasonable fast friendly and efficient. Id definitely recommend them!!!!

Excellent service all around. From quick response to my email request to the time they were able to stop by and check out the job I needed done. Tech doing the work, Tony, was fantastic. I was really interested in the process and he was ok with me watching and asking questions while he worked. Best interaction I’ve had with a professional helping on an issue I was having in my house. Also gave me advice on how to mitigate possible future issues. Very impressed.

Terrible service. Rich Paulick, the plumber had a bad attitude. He was given the wrong address by his employer but called me upset at ME because he couldn’t find the address. Then tried to get into that property even though it was the wrong one. He started charging at that time despite being at the wrong house. He later started threatening because we didn’t want to do more than the requested job. It was the worst service we’ve ever received.

This was by far the worst experience I have had with a plumber! I called the office and he said it is $325 an hour and $135 an hour after that. He arrived at my house while I was at work and tried to tell my wife that it would be $460 because he had to take my toilet off to snake my septice line. I asked him why he couldnt just clean it out from the basement cleanout instead of taking toilet off. He said oh let me go look. Yeah I can do that. Then he finished and charged me $397! I was watching him on my security cameras and he was cleaned up within an hour. He said it took him an hour and a half! What a scam! Yet another one! What a useless human! I hope he is happy with his one time service because he will not be seeing anymore of my money! Don’t waste your money people!

I have no issue with paying the $275 to clear my drain but not fixing the problem and wanting to charge an additional $135 to fix a problem that you should fixed in the first place is totally uncool. Clear lasted less than 2 months. Don’t waste your money.

John came out to our home to unclog a drain. He worked efficiently and fast! He displayed great customer service and was so polite. He was very knowledgeable and recommended products and future maintenance! Great service!

Called this morning about 8:30 to schedule. Tech called 1/2 hour later, and arrived 10 minutes later. Determined my problem was the main sewer line clogged {all drains slow, basement toilet not flushing} An hour later, ALL drains working great. The small mess made was cleaned up, Price was reasonable, a lot cheaper then the Plumber I used for the same thing several yrs ago. “IF” I ever need the service again, will definitely be calling them back !!! And asking for Andy !!!!!
