Always room for improvement . Everyone’s experience is different based on repairs, and customer availability and attitude. Carl’s is under new office management. Communication and administrative processes have been updated. Home warranty customers can ask for Carl’s and we do our best to work with the customer and the home warranty company. Policy coverage is dictated by the home warranty company, however, and some necessary repair costs may not be covered by the home warranty company. Carl’s is moving forward, learning from past missteps and customer service is a priority. Give Carl’s a try.

Carls came out. After one failed attempt with Chris the plumber. At least Carls removed the pipe. They said a piece of my pipe needed to be replaced. They came out June 7 th. Today is June 17 th. I had To call to find out what’s going on. A woman was able to tell me that they need to cut out a section of pipe. The cost should not exceed 600.00🤣 I’m sorry maaam the cost will not exceed a penny. I no longer need your quack services. Your plumber said my drain was full of grease. I don’t use oil or grease and we don’t pour it down the sink. For obvious reasons. I’m not a plumber but I could see the pipe in my basement and the plug that the plumber could have went through to snake it. But that would have been to easy. When I told the nice lady on the phone that I no longer need their services. Because I was able to plunge the hell out of it myself. She hung up on me. That wasn’t very professional of you now was it. Well you guys have the day you deserve. And quit trying to take advantage of customers. Recommending services they don’t need. When you’re good at your job people will spread the word. And when you’re not good. They will spread that too.

Not gunna lie was skeptical as I looked at previous reviews but also a firm believer its not my experience and everyone has there own. Carls plumbing was the suggested plumbing company from my home warranty. Had a faucet garbage disposal and water heater that had issues. Very quick painless process! Garbage disposal was replaced with no issues with recommendations of long lasting product. Faucet just had build up in it he cleaned it and it was good to go! Did not try selling me an $800 service like last plumber i had to get out for emergency request from dishwasher leaking. Water heater had broken blower but it was all taken care of part ordered replaced and fixed next day after it arrives to my house. Over all my experience was great. Would for sure recommend them.

I had a leak in my basement that turned out to be a wax seal from my toilet that needed replacing. Chris was the plumber that came out. He was very polite and fast with his work. My leaking issue is now fixed. I would recommend this place and give them the benefit of the doubt! Thanks Chris.

Worst plumbing company ever a guy James came over referred by my warranty company to find/replace pipes that were leaking he cut a hole in my ceiling an found where the leak was coming from I asked him to still check other pipes to make sure that that was the only leaking pipe he then got mad an refused to fix the pipe he did fine an reported to my warranty company that the pipe had been like that way before I moved in the place which he doesn’t know how long I’ve been at my place I then call to speak with a manager and she was just as rude an none helpful as the guy James she also refused to give me her bosses name so I can report her as well this is a terrible company from the managers down to the employees an I will never do business with them again if I could give zero stars I would

The worst plumbing company ever! One of the workers Didn’t fix the issue, I was having and explained to one of the owners Carl and he could care less. Please save your time and money and look else where for any plumbing issues you might have.

Horrible company the rip off all there customers amd lie to them about what needs to be done. I filed a complaint with the BBB AND STATE. Stay away from this company

My husband and I are elderly. When our warranty company sent us Carl’s Plumbing to replace our water heater, we were worried who we would get. This afternoon, it is all done, and we have hot water again. I just had to tell everyone that the two men who came from Carl’s Plumbing, Chris and Sam, they were wonderful. They came on time, they were very kind and caring, they kept us informed about everything they were doing, and they did a excellent job. We were very pleased with the finished job. We need a couple more things done in the future and now we can rest assure, by calling Carl’s Plumbing, we know their competent and the job will get done efficiently. I had an excellent experience with Carl’s Plumbing when they were sent out by our home warranty company. They came out quickly, resolved the issue quickly (leaking pipe) and were friendly and professional. They even checked and fixed a 2nd issue (water pressure problem) for me for free before they left. A previous plumber told me that the 2nd issue would cost around $400 to fix and the plumber from Carl’s pointed out that it was actually a simple thing and fixed it in like 60 seconds, no charge! It was a fantastic experience start to finish. I will definitely use them again.
