Fantastic. I’ve needed them for three jobs — clogged sump pump, leaking sink, and leaking toilet. Each time, I couldn’t be physically present. They worked great with my tenants. They communicated well with me. They got a tech out to fix the toilet leak during a canceled appointment so I didn’t need to wait an extra day for service. Everyone is friendly. What a great business.

Kenosha Plumbing has always done a great job for us. This house and our previous residence as well. Connor had a big to do list when he came in for us and got things done well and they never leave a mess. Consistently good and helpful

From start to finish this company was amazing. They were so nice. The tech who came was friendly and even gave me some extra knowledge on my water heater. The woman who took my call tracked down my parts in no time and had a tech out as soon as my parts arrived. I def recommend Kenosha Plumbing, I will for sure use them again if the need arises.

Kenosha Plumbing was great! Karus the plumber was on time, friendly, professional, and got my new garbage disposal installed quickly. Left no mess. Cost of the job was reasonable. Would recommend!

Kenosha Plumbing has always done an outstanding job with the plumbing at my home. They were so quick to respond to me when I had what I considered a plumbing emergency and fixed the issue effectively and efficiently. I have the utmost confidence in them, and every person who has been to my house has been knowledgeable and professional. Michael did an outstanding job today fixing the issue. I will continue to contact them in the future. Thank you!

0/5. Disappointed and infuriating. Called for 2 issues. Plumber was here for 3 hours and didn’t fix anything. Nothing fixed and charged $150/hour. Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED.

I asked this company to give me an estimate to install an automatic water shut off valve. They indicated that it will take 4 hours to complete the installation, at $150/hour this was $600. When I received their estimate it was for $1,975. When I asked why the difference, they said their are some parts required? So for few 1.5″ copper pipes, they wanted to charge $1,375. I asked them to provide a list of the parts they are going to use for $1,375. they refused to do that. The biggest ripoff I ever heard of. To confirm that this was the biggest ripoff ever. I just hired an extremely reputable compant and they finished the installation with all the parts included, except for the valve for $860. 43% of what Kenosha Plumbing has quoted.

Awesome plumbing service! Ryan was here promptly,friendly and very knowledgable. Replaced my shut off vavle for my outside water and did a great job. The price was very reasonable and affordable. I will be calling them in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you guys!

I can’t say enough great things about Kenosha Plumbing as they helped us out again. We came back from a vacation to find our water heater leaking. I placed a call to them and a tech came out with a new water heater shortly thereafter. Great job and thank you.

I’m very happy with the work performed for me by Kenosha Plumbing. They were easy to contact and schedule my service call, and very upfront about their pricing. A couple other places I contacted wouldn’t disclose their pricing until I discussed the issue with their service technician. Ryan and Michael arrived on time and started diagnosing the problem I was having with my tankless water heater. Part of their process is getting on the phone with the manufacturer’s tech support. Unfortunately, the wait time was about 90 minutes to talk to someone. Thankfully, they have another knowledgeable source who they were able to contact right away. Because there were multiple possibilities as to the source (or sources) of the problem, they were forced to try replacing several parts until the issue was resolved. They came well prepared and had all of the parts they needed in their truck; no running back-and-forth to the shop or supply house. I also want to thank them for explaining their process and the issues to me. I like to learn from these experiences, and to that end I watched over their shoulders as they were troubleshooting and making their repairs. They are both really nice guys and explained everything to me as they worked. Lastly, I know plumbers tend to charge a lot, but I honestly feel Kenosha’s charges on this were extremely reasonable, and I would definitely call them again if the need arose.
