I highly recommend Mark and Mainline. I had some issues with basically all my plumbing and some backup in the shower. Mark came the same day and knew exactly what he wanted to look at first. It ended up being a simple fix of releasing a large amount of toilet paper in front of a flap in the line. He was super helpful and informative at explaining things to me and how everything works. I’m a single woman and I was at the mercy of whatever they said needed to be done. I completely trusted Mark and had everything taken care of, gained some knowledge about the plumbing in my home and all under $200. He is now in my contacts if I ever need help again. 5 star for sure!!

Mark is amazing! He is prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained everything he did to repair a sewer pipe backup in my family’s home, in terms I could understand. Pretty cool guy. Didn’t try to overcharge. Walked us through what he thought about our situation and what he was going to do. If we ever need his services again, we will definitely be going with him. He was timely and all around a good experience compared to a previous experience we had with a bigger company

Mark was efficient and got in same day to fix our issues. He was professional, super easy to talk to, and explained everything we can do for maintenance in the future. He made himself available as soon as there was an issue and he didn’t stop until the job was done. Living in an older home, it is nice to know that I can call him with any of our pipe and sewer needs! Very reliable and trustworthy in the home. Great work and even greater guy! Thanks Mark!

The main drain was plugged so I called a company and they came out went 20ft.. and said you have a collapsed pipe.. I called Vanrite plumbing and they recommend I get Mark out there to also try.. I was reluctant to do this because I just paid a man that’s said I have a collapsed pipe… well, Vanrite had Mark come out and I’m so happy he did because he freed the pipe I will always call Mainline Drain & Sewer.. Mark is very good at what he does and charged me less than the other guy.. highly recommend!!

Extremely happy with the quick and professional service Mark provided at a reasonable price. He was very responsive when I called to schedule an appointment and was able to resolve the clogged main line in an efficient manner. Mark also provided information on what maintenance I can do to keep the lines from clogging in the future. Would definitely recommend Mainline Drain & Sewer Cleaning to anyone needing service in the Green Bay area.
