Terrible service all around. Came the first time and didn’t fix the issue. Had to call a 2nd time and he showed up 15 min early (outside the time frame he gave). I do not work from home so I left work to go home and arrived 10 min prior to my time frame. He was already gone. After multiple unreturned phone calls throughout the day I was finally able to get ahold of him at 3 pm to which he stated he was done for the day and wouldn’t do the job.

So thankful we called this company. The workers were super nice!! We Spent 1200$ on another company to come out and tell us they can’t fix it and that our pipe was broke and needed to spend 6500$ to replace it. We Called dependable sewer for a second opinion and they came out and fixed the problem within an hour for super cheap. Nothing was even wrong with the pipe the first company told us. We definitely will only be using this company for anything further we ever need!! 10/10 recommend!!

We called Dependable Sewer & Drain at 5pm and they were here the next day to clean out our basement drains. They were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Our drains, drain perfectly now and they left the work station spotless. Ontop of a speedy and flawless service, they were kind to my cats and respectful of my family visiting. I will 100% be using them again in the future 🙂
