We had a flood in our basement the last rainfall we had. Well we needed the drains snaked out in the basement. Day before they were to arrive at my house they borrowed us a pump to get the water out of the basement which never worked. The cord to the pump was so frayed that the cord blew off the pump and landed in standing water which. Myself or my bf could have been electrocuted. I called them up right away after it happened told them we are borrowing our neighbors pump. Which we did. Well next day they arrived late to bring a pump one after we told them we already have one the day before. Still showed up with theirs. Then proceeded to tell us that their vehicle broke down and didn’t have their equipment with them when they got their vehicle fixed they be back. Few hrs later they returned. We already had the drain open and ready for them. Well final price they said costed them 300 in travel time other 90 something in labor. Top it off the plumber who came into the house recognized my name and asked my bf how long I have lived there which was very unprofessional. If I could rate this company a zero I would.

I’m very impressed with this business. Answered my call and came in the same day. He repaired the leaky toilet within an hour of my call. Impressive!!!!

My husband and I were on vacation out of state and was notified by one of our renters of a leak in a top unit. He called a couple places asking if anyone could come out same day and nope, couldn’t do it, short staffed, etc. He called Earl’s Plumbing & Heating and was able to come out to the location within a couple hours, and showed up in the timeframe that was quoted. Very happy and price was great. Would definately use them again.

Bob the owner is never around. His secretary Angie relays messages to him. Bob communicates with his crew to complete the work, which resulted in a shoddy job and a leaking toilet installation cannot get a hold of Bob to fix the problem. He’s probably out gambling somewhere, word on the street is he’s always in a casino so he overcharges to compensate for his losses
