Called about a leak. They sent workers out the next day for an estimate. Spent two hours looking and couldn’t find the leak. Suggested replacing some of the lines under the house. This is an older home with a low crawl space and ductwork running under there so it is cluttered. They went under to check and left after giving an estimate of 1500, stating they guaranteed it would not be above that amount. Waited two days for a call, instead got a bill for the estimate and an official estimate of 3100.00. They had added an upcharge because the crawlspace was cluttered and would be difficult. A small upcharge would have been accepted, but more than doubling the cost is going overboard. They should have just called and said we can’t do this job. Not a good way to run a business.

Caleb came to fix our bathroom sink and take the restrictors of the shower. He was friendly and professional. He worked diligently and was done in a timely manner. This is the first time I have use B&B Johnson Plumbing Company. I will be using them in the future as my go to plumbers from now on. Thank you for great work and friendly service Caleb!!

JD and James just left my house! I am just overwhelmed at the respect of these 2 gentlemen! Not only did the do the job correctly and efficiently but they cleaned up way better than it was! I am amazed that there are still good people in the world! The cost was not as much as I expected either! Thank you!

I’ve had B&B at my home four times over the years. Without exception, they are always professional. Whether you call or book service online, they get back to you. They do what they say they’ll do when they say they’ll do it. Always punctual. Always clear communication. Excellent work. Prices are fair. And they like dogs.

They replaced some water line, which still had a leak 2 feet from the repair. They also were supposed to seal and install fernco fittings on a corroded out vent pipe. Months later we still had a sewer smell that never went away. Had it repaired correctly and their hack job replaced. See photo of their “repair”

I’m a repeat customer. Arrived as scheduled – completed a multi item punch list at one of our rental units. I’ve come to trust B&B to do things right the first time so I can concentrate on other things. Definitely recommended

They fixed one problem…but caused another, and now don’t seem to want to talk about it, ignoring multiple attempts to reach out via email with follow-up questions. When we had work done on our sewer line, they completely sealed off our basement floor drain. Now there’s nowhere for water to go when it gets into the basement, plus there’s nowhere for the AC to drain, so in the summer we found ourselves collecting the water in buckets and bringing it upstairs multiple times a day. (Their only response to that was an offer to come take care of the problem–for an additional $1,100. No explanation or clarification.) Also, when the sewer project was happening, they were unpredictable and uncommunicative as to when they would actually be showing up to work, keeping us guessing as opposed to keeping their word. We would alter our schedule for them, and they would leave us hanging. To top it off, they would also leave their fast-food bags and wrappers for us to clean up. So frustrating. Steer clear, and please spread the word.
