Carlos is phenomenal, he’s so sharp! He diagnosed our problems nearly instantly, talked us through the options and had the AC back up and running ASAP. We’ve had two other companies come out to look at the AC and they just kinda shrugged and refilled the coolant and charged us but didn’t fix the core problem. Carlos did! We needed a new drain pan cause the condensation was dripping onto the wires and shorting the AC. Years of maintenance and two visits by the other guys did nothing. I’m never using anyone but Patriot from now on.

I called Patriot for a small job and they scheduled it for the following day. Randy changed out 3 kitchen light fixtures and replaced my malfunctioning switch. He was prompt, pleasant and fast. I would certainly use Patriot again.

My sink clogged and I called Patriot. Noe made it to my house in Chelan the same day. In the process of fixing the sink, he discovered the drain pipe in my crawl space was not angled correctly, which explained why it had clogged in the past. The following week Noe and Ethan corrected the pipe alignment and the venting issues in the crawl space. They were very knowledgeable and worked hard in unpleasant conditions, but the pipes are now fixed! I can definitely recommend Patriot Plumbing.
