Our septic alarm went off twice. Concerned, so requested recommendations from friends. Three said Apple Valley Pumping! The company was quick to respond. Greg walked thru the system, explained it in terms I could understand. He talked to me, not at me. Between my questions and his answers, we arrived at what could have happened. We are good, but I know how to check monitor if it happens again so I can explain in my call. Thank you, Greg. You will be my first call on all things septic.

We called to make an appointment to have our septic pumped at the time it wasn’t an emergency. I called back a few minutes later because we realized it was starting to leak. They had someone out with in a few hours to take care of us!

Can’t say enough about how awesome the service was from the call center to on the job site! Went over the top to help in a stressful situation! We had a “septic” emergency at our house in Manson and couldn’t get any of our local pump companies to respond. A friend recommended Apple Valley Pumping in Wenatchee and out of desperation I called them. Within 3 hours they had a pump truck in our driveway! Unbelievable response from them, and Mike did a professional job from start to finish. I highly recommend Apple Valley Pumping!

I called Apple Valley Pumping about 2 weeks ago, my tank was full & I thought my drainfield was saturated from the recent rains we had causing backups in the basement- Long story short, they showed up that same day, they did a great job and I will definitely use them again when needed- Oh and the price, it was more then fair- Thank you

We came up to our cabin and heard the septic alarm for the drainfield. It turns out that the toilet had been running and had probably done so for about a week. I called Apple Valley Pumping on a Saturday. I was concerned in would have to wait until Monday. I left a message and was immediately called back. They were helpful over the phone and dispatched a technician and truck! They helped me resolve the issue and cleaned out my septic tank. It turns out that the pump shorted out because of the continuous toilet running. I really enjoyed working with Greg as he had a lot of knowledge was actually enjoyable to talk to you and shared some good stories. It’s really fun to do business with people you trust and Greg developed an immediate rapport and has earned my business forever!

The job I am currently working on uses uses this company for their portable toilets. There are around 50-60 on site. The toilets get pumped, but have never been cleaned. They are absolutely disgusting! Dried pee, “blue water”, and a thick crusty layer of dirt cover all over inside each one. I called Apple Valley Pumping’s office to ask about the situation and was told they were unaware of how dirty the bathrooms are on this site and that someone would be out to clean them immediately! Been over a week now and only getting dirtier.

I had another appointment with a different pumping service. They kept canceling and canceling and still hasn’t done the neighbors. I called Apple Valley and they were able to come out the next day called in advance so I could lock up the dogs and pumped all before 10 o’clock in the morning, great service! highly recommend them !
