I recently had the pleasure of working with Harts Services to get my AC up and running, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everyone I interacted with was incredibly personable and professional. The customer service call center team was friendly and attentive, making the initial scheduling process smooth and hassle-free. The dispatch team kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring I knew exactly when to expect the service expert. When the HVAC service expert (Trevor) arrived, he was not only knowledgeable but also very courteous, taking the time to explain the issue and the steps needed to fix it. What really stood out was the support from Zane, the HVAC manager, who assisted the team in ensuring everything was done quickly and with great care. Thanks to the entire team at Harts Services, my AC is now running perfectly. Their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I highly recommend Harts Services for anyone in need of HVAC services!

After buying new appliances from Costco, the installers would not hook up due to leaking valves. Called Hart’s, and after having to reschedule a couple of times, they sent a plumber who fixed one (just under $200 to sweat a new valve) but claimed the 2nd one was not leaking. I rescheduled installation on appliance, and installers again said it was leaking. I called Hart’s again to complain. They sent out the same technician, again claimed there’s no leak, but was willing to charge $1700-$2000 to cut a small section of sheetrock, replace the box, sweat a new valve, and patch the wall (no paint, of course). I pulled out my old appliance and disconnected the water line. Lo and behold, the valve was still leaking. I’m not sure I would trust them going forward. I can do sheetrock for less than the $1500-$1800 upcharge and paint it myself. I’m a retired veteran, licensed electrician, and work in construction. I’m pretty sure this is nothing more than a way to gouge customers. I’m pretty sure after reading other reviews and responses that some Business Manager is going to respond with “someone will call you.” It doesn’t change bad business practices.

7/16/2024 -> I just had Marcus come out to replace my backyard water faucet and I’m very impressed. He was friendly, reasonably quick, respectful and in uniform. This is now the second time that I’ve hired Hart’s Services for plumbing issues and I will never use anyone else. Thank you! Older review -> I’m very impressed by this company and the technician, Steven, that helped us. Currently we’re just seeking a quote and help to track down an outdoor faucet issue and Hart’s helped us out a lot. First, they were able to come out right away. Second, the office staff let us know in plenty of time that they had an emergency job and our tech would be a little late. Steven called me when he was on his way and arrived at the time he said he would. He was very polite, nicely dressed, and super helpful. He explained our issue in a way we could understand and prepared a quote for us. If I ever have any more plumbing issues in the future, Hart’s will be my first call!

Spencer gave honest assessments and applied expert advice to help improve functionality of my project but kept things simple without trying to upsell unnecessary add ons. Daniel and Conner were fantastic. Friendly and personable. Super knowledgeable and incredibly efficient.
