Great experience with John. We had a dishwasher break. A new one was delivered over the weekend and he showed up Monday morning first thing. After calling a couple places and getting no response, I can’t say how happy I was with his availability. He answered calls in person and responded to texts; was flexible with scheduling. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate being able to talk to a person and not a digital voice answering system. Most importantly, the dishwasher is working perfectly. He put in a new outlet since the old one was “hard wired,” and the new one needed to be plugged in. The dimensions were super tight but he made it work without any damage to the surrounding area. Professionalism 5/5

John and JLR Plumbing came to the rescue and we couldn’t be happier! We woke up to a water line break somewhere between the street and our home. UGH!!! It was most likely that the water line ran under our driveway and under the garage, which would have been just a nightmare to try to jackhammer out and then replace. John came up with a plan that made sense and they put in a new water line into our home. We hade a completely new water line within 3 biz days. He communicated with us every step of the way. We are very pleased with the work and the timing of the project from beginning to end. John and JLR Pluming has my vote! Call JLR Plumbing – you won’t be disappointed!

John replaced the back flow preventer on our irrigation system. He did great work, he was able to put us on his schedule a week before the other plumbers who gave us an estimate and charged far less!

John responded right away to my original inquiry, as our hot water tank stopped working after 12 years. His work, pricing, tank brand, installation, haul-away was flawless! He’s very professional, efficient, experienced, caring and so far reliable! He made an unexpected situation very good and we have hot water in less than 24 hours of first contact. I would recommend him highly!

100% Recommend!! Our hot water heater went out. We originally called another plumber in town, they were deceptive about their prices and were going to charge us double what JLR Plumbing ended up finishing the job for. John came over within an hour of me calling with the new hot water heater and was very honest and upfront about cost and what needed to be done. He really saved us and was a big trooper about our inconvenient narrow spiral stairs to the basement!!!
