It was a pleasure working with Jim of Herdman Plumbing. Jim kept us posted with his proposed arrival time and was able to arrived on the scheduled time! Jim spoked to the Navien rep and was able to rework the plumbing lines to Navien specifications. So now we can properly maintain and troubleshoot the tankless unit with the Navien representative.

I had a leaky pipe under my kitchen sink. This is the 2nd time I have had need for plumbing services in this house in the last few years. Since I had such a good experience the first time around, I called Herdman Plumbing again, and they were able to get me in the next day. The two technicians, Mikey and Eric, were great – very professional, personable and most of all – did another great job. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and that the issue was resolved. I hope I don’t need plumbing services again in the near future. But if I do, Herdman Plumbing will be my go-to people.
