I also want to commend Jordan in the billing department. He was quick to assist when there was a concern about billing. It turned out to be a mistake on the part of the bank, but Jordan was really helpful, providing all the necessary details I needed to resolve the issue with the bank. This all happened in Shoreline and I must say, the team was commendable.

jordan was absolutely fantastic. he patiently waited for me to get home from work, even though i was 10 minutes late. within a short 5 minutes, he diagnosed the plumbing problem. he made a trip to the store, picked up a new faucet, returned to my place in Shoreline, and installed it. he even took care of disposing the old faucet. all these tasks were accomplished in less than an hour. it’s impressive how efficient a plumber can be.
