Caleb did a great job. He is Assessed the situation and was a good communicator and assisted me in advocating for the building manager to address the issue. While Caleb was not able to fix the problem, he understood what it was and was able to explain it to the front desk of my condo, I appreciate his efforts. And he also loaned me his his wet dry vac, which really made a difference during the night as I tried to keep the leak under control. I gave him five or five for his professional And excellent service thank you

My company had an unfortunately awful experience with Best Plumbing. We had hired them for a project, and they never fully completed the job and ultimately charged us more than they had quoted us for. It’s disappointing and we will never be working with them again.

45 minutes to diagnose the problem and the charge was $500. Returned to fix the problem a week later was here one hour and a half $1300. The parts could not have been more than $100 maximum. The service is great and the repairs seem to be OK. This is the first time I’ve used them. But no one in town is priced as high as these people.

I called Monday morning, call was returned within 2 hrs. Jose was at our home at 8 am the next day and by 10 am all problems were fixed. Really terrific on all fronts!

One of many maintenance techs in our property management company who have Best plumbing as the go to. Our first call every time. Recently cameraed and found 7 different leaks in the general area that another company missed after 2 weeks.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I paid over $1200 for a 30 minute repair of a burst irrigation pipe after our recent prolonged freeze. I turned on my irrigation system today for the first time after the repair and it was not fixed. Spewed water everywhere I called Best Plumbing and was told they needed to find their employee who fixed it to have him come out to verify it was the same problem. First I was apparently suspected of lies since I was not trusted to identify the problem as the same they should have fixed. Second, the same repair man has a disincentive to identify it was his own repair that was faulty. Why should I trust his work? I could not get a commitment to not get charged a second time for the same work. And the person on the phone I was talking to about this said he didn’t want to deal with it and HUNG UP ON ME. I’m surprised they stay in business with such awful performance at multiple levels.
