Their rating is deceptive. If you leave a bad review, they’ll reach out to try to convince you to change it, in exchange for a refund or free services. The truth is that they wildly overcharge compared to other local plumbers who (in my experience so far) have been much more compentent. For example, Bee’s quoted $5k for work that two other companies quoted at $3.5k, and the markup for basic services goes even higher. I’m happy to overpay for responsiveness and expertise, but that hasn’t been my experience with Bee’s. Their technicians have been friendly, but unfortunately don’t seem to really know what they’re doing, and it has ended up creating new problems on top of what we called them about. The cheaper companies have been just as friendly, but far more helpful, and got the work done with a lot less fuss. I respect trying to “make it right” for a customer, but the way they go about it feels shady, and I feel strongly that their overall rating is undeserved.

We called Bees plumbing and they came out pretty fast to install our new garbage disposal. Luke was very kind and the price was better than what other companies quoted us. They were able to install the new disposal much faster than anticipated.

I am very happy with the service provided. The team came by on the same day, they were quick, tidy, courteous and informative. The price was absolutely reasonable and the communication along the way (ETA, approx. time to fix, who would be coming, …) was stellar. Can only recommend!

Bee’s did an excellent job. Hayden was very thorough in explaining all the options and following through on any questions. They removed and installed two toilets, work was done very well and they left both the areas clean and complete. I would definitely use Bee’s again.

Darius and his assistant from Bee’s Plumbing diagnosed our water leak, presented options and did a great job making the repair and cleaning up. They were each cordial and professional. Darius also has a great sense of humor which made him very easy to have in our house. I highly recommend him and Bee’s!

Marco arrived right on schedule with a cheery hello, got right to the problem, fixed it promptly, and the charge was quite reasonable. The telephone receptionist was also very helpful. I highly recommend Bee’s.

Would highly recommend Bee’s Plumbing. They had quick availability, transparent pricing, and frequent communication about when they would be arriving. The technician Marcus was very experienced and helped educate me on the problem, what he did to fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. Will use them for all future plumbing issues.
