Very Poor Service – Not courteous professional or responsive. Also, dont think that this is a local plumber. This is just a phone number and a call center based out of some godforsaken place. They then find plumbers in your zip code after asking you for it. So if you think that they are a local plumber in Redmond who will be there to back you up if their service is deficient, you are mistaken.

My mom had a main sewer line clog that happened suddenly. She had nasty junk all over her basement and I had no idea who to call for this type of service. I looked online and saw this company and the raving reviews. I called and they could get someone out here same day between 1 and 3 pm. The gentleman arrived and got to work on the clog. It turned out to be roots causing the blockage. He ran the line ( I don’t know what its called, big metal cable) out 100 feet and back a total of 6 time to clean out the blockage. Very thankful that they could come out and help us in such short notice. I was expecting a huge bill but I was very happy with the cost since it was an urgent matter. I would defiantly call these guys again if I required their service.
