After many tries with different companies that couldn’t fit me in for months, we got a quick response from Harbor Plumbing. Izzy came out, quickly diagnosed the problem, and did a lot of work in the crawl space to fix a bad water leak. He spent some time afterward making sure it was fixed and pointing out some other things to consider fixing in the future. No pressure, just letting me know of some conditions that were substandard and may cause issues in the future. Very impressed and will call on them again in the future. Thank you!

Harbor did a great job and responded quickly when my tankless hot water failed. They stayed late to make sure the job got done. They had a friendly crew. The owner followed up afterwards to make sure everything was done properly. I was pleasantly surprised how fast they responded even though they were booked out for weeks they fixed our issue because it was an emergency.

Harbor Plumbing came to my rescue! There were many issues and they tackled each one of them, spending time troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing. They were responsive, reliable, knowledgeable and the gentlemen who came out several days in a row were polite, patient, persistant and genuine good guys. Thank you to everyone at Harbor Plumbing, it was a wonderful experience and I now have a perfect water system. Kudos to Lonnie, Izzy, Nathan, and their partners!

Terrible experience with this company. We are staying at a friends place, they rent, so we had no choice in who came to fix the leak. Not only did the plumber show up alone so I took time helping him turn on water to try to find the leak. But then he came back a week later and “fixed the leak,” he left within an hour while we were out to lunch. We were unclear if he was done, we didn’t know if he was coming back so we called and no one gave us any details. So we gave the sink a try and now it is clogged and leaks in a new area. After multiple phone calls and messages we still have heard nothing from the company. Hopefully they come to fix their mistake, but I don’t have high hopes.

Looked at toilet did nothing. 5 minutes perhaps. Billed $136.00. Had parts from AS. Did not even consider using. Shocked

The techs that came in did awesome work. Added earthquake straps that were needed. Rerouted the gas lines that the house builder took a shortcut on for increased safety. O recommend these guys anyday
