First off, I was really pleased with the direct, standard rate quote for a water heater replacement I was able to get over the phone. Then, we were able to get scheduled within the week. Ali & Salvador came to replace our water heater. They were prompt, efficient, super courteous, and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Would definitely recommend. With Fischer, I also appreciate that the technicians don’t handle the billing and don’t work for commission (at least at the time of writing). That way, the incentive is for them to do good work and not to upsell/upcharge you for things you don’t need.

Travis and Cedar were prompt, efficient and very competent in making the necessary repairs to my outdoor faucet and indoor bathroom sink. They explained everything thoroughly and were very pleasant to interact with. I will definitely call Fischer Plumbing again when I need work done!
