Had main water line replace also he installed 2 shutoff valve the you can’t use Called Luis to get this resolved he said he would be out in the morning…he never showed up that’s been a week I called numerous times but still no response Will not recommend him to anyone

I had a great experience with the repair service that came to fix my outside water spigot. Not only did the technician fix the issue, but he also advised me on how to prevent future pipe bursts. Moreover, the company offered a nice discount for being military-friendly, and they communicated well throughout the entire process.

Elite sewer was quick to respond and sent out a couple of their guys that were able to give me a quote and repair our waterline during the same visit at a fair price!!! They provided pictures of the broken pipe, repair and backfill. I will definitely be using Elite Sewer again!!! Water leak found at 8:30 and fixed by 4pm 👊

They did a excellent job. We had like 6 companies bid to replace about 75 feet of sewer line. Elite was the only one that told use it would be easier to dig, and less expensive. Our yard was put back very well, even made sure to rake it flat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for sewer work.

Elite Sewer Repair is amazing! I had an underground water leak and was being quoted really high rates in the high thousands $$$ But Luis was able to work with my budget and get a solid repair done. Saving us from an absolute nightmare of having no water!

Luis and his crew are totally awesome. After I sent him some photos of the job, he emailed us an estimate the same day. After I confirmed he can do it, he and his crew were at my house the next day and finished the job two days later. Less than 5 days from call to completion when many other businesses couldn’t get to it in weeks. We had a water leak coming from under our driveway and I thought the main water line would need to be dug up and replaced or repaired. Instead, Luis told me they could bore under the driveway and out the other side to the house without trenching or digging up the driveway. He accomplished just that with a brand new continuous run of PEX water line from the meter to the house. All of his people were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient with superb attention to detail — they even cleaned any dirt from the lawn with water and blower when they were finished. I’d have posted pictures but what can a pristine view of my yard exactly as it was before they started show? They will certainly get my business again.

Luis and his colleague came out right away to assess the problem with my drain. I had several other companies out to bid the work and I’m super glad I went with Elite. They were the only company that used a scope to assess the situation- I’m really glad because the other company (who was also more expensive) would have been digging through my sidewalk to reach the clog at the completely wrong spot! Elite completed the initial work the same day they started and got my drain working again. In further assessment of my sewer line, they found a hole further down. That had to be a trenchless repair due to the location of the leak. They had to call in some help for that part. However their subcontractor had numerous delays and that portion of the work was not completed for over a week after it was initially scheduled. (I really contemplated giving 4 stars because of this, but was pleased with the overall experience that I don’t want to ding Elite for their subcontractor). Elite came back and finished the job to put in sewer clean out vents and restored my sidewalk, retaining wall, and steps. They really did an amazing job, we’re very professional, and I would highly recommend them.
