I called Gary because our water heater decided to take a nap and we thought it was dead. I called expecting to have to pay a ton of money for a replacement but Gary walked me though the diagnostic and low and behold, Gary was able to walk me through the process of relegating the pilot light. I spoke with Gary at 3 pm on Tuesday after discovering my water heater was the cause of water seeping up between the floorboards in my family room. He was out and had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hrs. He got everything setup, answered my questions, and cleaned up after himself. I am very impressed with his work quality and ethic. Gary came out to fix our pilot light issue on o water heater! He diagnosed the problem within minutes and was able to fix our water heater and make it up and running again within 30 minutes! Great service and reasonable pricing.
