Had a 2-hour window for plumber and Levi showed up earlier within the 2-hour window. Levi picked up and Installed the Grohe faucet I had ordered, and despite issue with faucet design and installation, he was able to troubleshoot and complete the job within a very reasonable amount of time. I’m very happy to have taken my friend’s advice to schedule the work with West Coast Plumbing! Thank you to West Coast for sending out Levi to provide the excellent quality service!

Recently I had a homeowners worst nightmare. My French drain became clogged & had water running into my garage. WCP plumber Levi ran the camera into the drain & found the problem in the middle of my driveway right in front of my garage door. After cutting an area out the break was found & then a crushed area of pipe. After using the camera in the pipe further damage was found in the sidewalk. After cutting this area out another problem was found in the yard. He had to dig out 8 ft more of the yard to find the dry well. Altogether there was 15 ft of drain both broke or flattened. A one day job ran into a 3 day job. During this whole process Levi treated this problem like it was his own. He went over & beyond to find the problem & he was concerned as me as it worsened & cost increased. I can’t say enough good about how hard he worked. During the whole process Levi constantly kept me informed of the problem & cost. WCP is now my go to plumbing company, I highly recommend them.

Bill from West Coast Plumbing Pumps and Filtration came out less than 24 hours after we called about trouble with our well system. Not only did he fix all of our issues, but he took the time to walk me through our entire system as we recently moved into our home on a well. Highly recommend Bill and we will exclusively use West Coast Plumbing and Filtration for all of our needs going forward. 10/10
