1-Tom-Plumer was a 5++ star. Got a person the first time I called. Had a plumber, Damien to our location as promised the very next day. Service was amazing, will recommend them to anyone. Same out diagnosed the issues, gave us two options and quotes. The job was completed in less than 3 hours.

They turned my after hours plumbing nightmare into something manageable. We were all fixed up and back together within 3 hours of my first call to dispatch. The rates were reasonable for after hours. He let me know it would be considerably cheaper if we waited until Monday and gave us the option. Looking at the prospect of no water for the weekend we opted for the after hour rates and we were fixed in a jiffy. Damien was knowledgeable and able to quickly find the problem and the solution. I will call them for my future plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone in the tri cities.

We were visiting family in town for the week and the bathtub was not draining ! The guys that came out to fix the bath tub drainage problem did a great job a short few hours after we called . Easy to talk to , described everything they needed to do and completed the job really quick . Showers for everybody !

I turned on my outside faucet for the first time this summer. And I couldn’t figure out why I had no pressure until I looked down at my siding and saw water coming out the bottom. Tyler and Scott came that afternoon and had it fixed in a jiffy. Even checked my house for possible flooding. I can see why Tyler is being promoted. He explained everything and was very thorough. Also, have to give a shout at to their dispatcher. All around I had great service.

Tylor was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the plumbing problem and what he did to fix it. He took pictures and video as the problem was in the crawl space. I loved their same day service! I definitely endorse 1-Tom-Plumber and will call them again when the need arises.
