Responsive, punctual, quick, friendly, tidy, honest. I have used Purdy Plumbing for a few jobs recently, including damaged drain pipe repair, on-demand water heater maintenance, and shower/ faucet stem replacement. I will call them again if the need arises.

Excellant service. They saved me hundred of dollars by giving me instructions over the phone on how to deal with a plumbing issue, no charge! They are busy and hard to book, but worth it.

My garbage disposal broke and I called Purdy Plumbing to fix it. Rich and his apprentice Joey were really hard workers and such nice guys. I will definitely use them for any plumbing needs I have!

Rich at Purdy Plumbing went above and beyond to help get a new water heater installed in my home. He spent hours dealing with a home warranty company after the previous fix of replacing the thermalcouples failed through no fault of his own. The water heater was 30 years old. I can’t say enough about the expertise, kindness and empathy he showed. Plus, Linda and Laurie in the office bent over backwards to fit me in to a very busy schedule on two occasions. Rich and this company are grounded in honesty and integrity. You’ve made a customer for life! Thank you, again, for your patience and diligence!

Took advantage of my elderly mother! Charged a service fee for bringing the tank of the toilet that they failed to bring originally. Poor service, very unprofessional, do not recommend using this plumbing service period!

Price for job literally 10% of what Harts was, for the same parts. Also fixed our water heater in maybe 10 minutes
