I couldn’t do it right myself so I called Roto. I paid a lot but my guy fixed it for me the first time. Expensive for an under-sink fix but if you can’t do it yourself…thanks Roto

Technician used a snake on a pipe with a liner. This is contraindicated. I also did not receive an estimate for repair as promised.

The repair man was great did the job quickly, and had a great sense of humor I just was not satisfied with the price I feel it was way over charged for the amount of work that was done, but I was in kind of a bind and had to get it done so paid 500+ dollars for 15 minutes worth of work

I would not refer this company to anyone!!I paid $589 and out of this one of my bathrooms couldn’t work after 2 hrs .called them ,they sent another technician ,but nevertheless it never worked .I didn’t have any other choice but to engage my 6yrs old handyman who came and did his best and my bathrooms now drain water.my experience with rooter was of the worst I experienced.I am sorry I will not go this route again! Wasted my time discussing the same issue with the so called professionals but while my handyman took only an hour to rectify and fix the problem. Beware !!!

Colin arrived first to check out the problem. Professional and respectful. He arranged for Craig to use his camera to diagnose the issue. Together, Roto-Rooter was superb, both with skill and an impressive acknowledgement of the immediacy to resolve this issue. I highly recommend these individuals and this company.
