Michael and Isaac patiently answered my questions and deftly showed their expertise and experience. They allowed me to tag along to point out the issues and provide clear solutions. Even though it was a hot holiday weekend, Jason came the next morning to fix our stormwater drain. He single-handedly moved a mountain of dirt and concrete and patched the pipe neatly and swiftly. I called Ready Router for an emergency plumbing issue over the weekend. Santino, the assigned plumber, arrived within a few hours. He was highly professional and did an excellent job. Santino clearly explained all the options and provided a detailed estimate. He fixed the issue efficiently, maintained a clean workspace, and was very respectful of my home. Jason has done a very good job fixing my sewer main line. The fix process is well communicated. The job is under 4 hours. The clean up was thorough and the ground is recovered to the same as if nothing happened.

Jason helped fix our sewer leak; an emergency situation unfortunately. Job was done in less than two days and in the middle of 95 degree weather to boot! Very pleased with his work, and his pleasant attitude together with an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards! Hard to tell from the photo of the dirt pile, but he had to excavate almost 5 feet to find the pipe outside the foundation (the last foot was hardpan, too) as well as additional digging in the crawl space. Glad to have chosen this company. Great job guys!!

Issac came out at 9pm after i had sewage water coming up through my shower drain, attempted to unclog it but failed and no charged me. They then found the pipe was cracked and they replaced my entire line the very next day. Very reasonably priced and provided excellent service. Informed me every step along the way. If i ever have plumbing issues in the future I will be using Ready Rooter.

When our kitchen sink drain backed up on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, Isaac from Rapid Rooter was able to come out at 8pm that evening. While he was able to get the main clog cleared, it became apparant there was a much bigger problem in our almost 90 year old pipes. He was able to arrange for additional team members to come out first thing the next morning for a further look at the pipes. Fernando and Salem arrived as promised the next morning and spent about 2 hours doing a very thorough inspection of our waste lines, inspecting the very small crawl space under our house and scoping from multiple points, including from the roof to make sure they had a clear picture of the extent of damage and degradation to our pipes. While they scoped, they let me watch the camera and explained everything we were seeing. They then hydrojetted to further clear extensive buildup in our kitchen pipes. Fernando gave me his cell number to call if we had any further issues with the kitchen sink and said he would be out to get it taken care of. We are meeting with them again this week to discuss the work that will need to be done to repair our pipes that are corroding, have roots growing into them and are misaligned. All 3 team members who came to our house were friendly, professional, empathetic, and very respectful, doing a great of cleaning up when they were done. I am concerned about the additional work we are going to have to have done but have confidence in this team that they will make sure it is done correctly. Plumbing issues are never fun to deal with but this team’s competence has given me peace of mind that we are in the right hands for what lies ahead. I am sure they will be my go-to for any issues that arise in the future and would recommend this team without hesitation. A big thank you to Isaac, Fernando, and Salem!!!
