These guys were great!! Our service van wouldn’t start and was in a difficult to access location. They were on time for the appointment and did a really nice job through the hole process.

DO NOT TRUST – We had Ace come out to do an inspection and pump, they did pump our septic and then without even a phone call send us a estimate for over $7000 in septic repairs, we called another company to come out and give us a second opinion and they said there was nothing wrong with our septic system. I called and spoke to a Lisa and then asked how come there were no calls to explain about repairs and just be given a estimate, she had no explanation. She tried to pass the blame and say there are 3 other girls working in the office and does not why no one called. When I confronted Lisa she then said that we will notify the county and use that as a threat! We have another company that came out and they said there was nothing wrong. These people are scammers in a small community and that is wrong! AVOID these guys it will save you time, money and heartache. STAY AWAY FROM ACE!!!

SCAM – DO NOT USE!! They thought they could manipulate us into spending over $8k for non-specific septic repairs. I hired another company for a second option. They found absolutely NOTHING wrong with our system! Makes me sick to my stomach that vultures like this exist and I’m so glad that I took the chance on a second $300 report to save us eight thousand dollars. They need to be reported to the BBB and local government.

Did not pump the scheduled pump tank and would not come back without charging a full pump out charge came with a full truck almost tanks not fully pumped out

Ace Acme came out and pumped my septic tank and set up an inspection on drain field. Every appointment was changed by 2 to 3 days after pumping. They quoted me on installing 2 ports, cleaning, and fluffing the yard basically. The 2 guys spent nearly 3 hours searching for the pipes but couldn’t. They found that the T-pipe ended at 12 feet and connected to nothing. After delivering the news that I had no drain field, I lwas presented with a bill of 3k. I asked for what since I didn’t get anything. I asked for an itemized invoice and the office said no. Now, I would have paid for the two guys time but the lady at the office felt the guys did something for me. The guys working did not do anything and did not think they did. Lisa at the office defended the inspector from when we bought our homel, she tried to justify the use of the machine as the expense and used veiled threats to contact the health department, which I have done. Ace Acme is greedy and desperate. Too bad because the guys in the field were friendly and fun to work with every time.

Absolutely terrible. Called on Monday and spoke with someone that was super nice, scheduled a service for Friday between 2-4pm. Was told a price and she even updated our records as the name on file was a previous owner. No show no call, so I called about 4:30 to see if they were running behind or what was going on, the woman I spoke with today said she had no record of the appointment and was incredibly short and rude. Super unprofessional and just wanted me to reschedule it. We rearranged our schedules to be home for this, can’t believe the lack of professionalism. There are plenty of other companies to have septic service done and we will take our business elsewhere!
