I am so thankful for the professionalism of Justin Duke and his helper Will. What we thought was a simple water heater change out was actually a different issue. Justin was not satisfied until he found the cause of the water that was backing up. Because he followed up, we were able to find a major problem in our condo association’s drain. He not only cleared up our plumbing issue but also helped many others in our building. Atomic will be our plumbers for life!!

Edit: Atomic commented that someone would be reaching out to me and it’s been over a week and still no phone call. So they may be responsive in the comments but they apparently don’t actually intend on reaching out. Honestly 5 stars to the actual technicians that came out and did the work. They don’t set the prices. 0 stars for the pricing I’m a first time home owner and it’s a learning curve. My toilet started rocking and I wasn’t confident in my plumbing skills enough to attempt the fix myself. My philosophy has been ask a professional and learn for next time. I figured the job would probably cost me around $200 to pull the toilet and fix the issue. The issue being the degradation of the wax seal and needing to shim the toilet to make it more secure. I was told on the phone $95 for them to come out IF I don’t move forward with the work. If not that $95 doesn’t get charged and I just get charged for the work. Great, I expect to pay around $200 for this job anyway and I was comfortable with that. Double that is what I get for assuming (just NEVER assume). $467.89 is what they charged me. $421.10 with a military discount. I didn’t want to live with a rocking toilet anymore and I didn’t want to hand them $100 for nothing. That’s money I could have used to fix it myself which I should have just sucked it up and done anyway! It was only two wax seals, a new water line (which I’m pretty sure I didn’t need), new bolts and caps, shims and caulking. How is all that $400??? I’m honestly disgusted at their pricing. If you’re looking for a plumber to do a simple job, don’t go with Atomic. They’re crazy overpriced. Technicians were great though. I would have happily paid the $95 for their labor on top of the cost of the replacement parts, but unfortunately I paid double. Learn from my mistake!

Jim M. and Scotty were prompt and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. I am truly appreciative of their expertise. I will definitely call if I have any issues in the future, and will recommend anyone who asks to do the same.

Bathroom sink sprung a leak early Saturday morning. Needed help asap as this bathroom is used by my elderly parents. Shout out to Kim, at Atomic, for a few “first, try these things” recommendations. Unfortunately, the recommendations didn’t work for our problem so we scheduled a service visit. Got the call that our technicians were on the way. Chris and Will arrived around 11:00. Both were friendly and professional. They checked a few things to diagnose our problem…our line was clogged causing the leak. They got to work and within thirty-ish minutes everything was fixed, cleaned up and we were back in working order. So glad we didn’t hesitate to call Atomic. They have serviced our plumbing needs for the last several years and have always provided exceptional work.

Great job by Atomic. James and Josh did impressive work. James was able to find and fix a long time tricky leak that two other plumber could not repair. The repair required quite a bit of skill, but James had the experience to pull it off. Josh was fantastic help through out, even working in the pouring rain. Both had great customer sevice skills. They patiently answered all my questions and worked with me on options. Work was not cheap, but quality is worth it. Fixed price pricing let me know what i was in for with out watching the clock. Great job all around, particularly by James and Josh.
