Synergy Design & Construction 2 months agoI had an amazing experience with Synergy Design and Construction. From my first phone call with Maegan to my first meeting with Mina, I knew it was going to be a perfect fit. I lived out of state during my 2 story remodel. Matt FaceTimed me once a week to see the progress and to let me know what work would be happening the next week. My remodel was finished on time, as promised. Everyone on Mina’s team is exceptional. Maegan, Emily, Barbara, Matt and of course, Mina the owner were always just a phone call or a text away. My remodel was absolutely perfect! Everything far exceeded my expectations. Mina has an amazing group of installers that are true artists that take so much pride in their work. I was completely blown away by my new floors, kitchen cabinets, the BACKSPLASH!, the wallpaper and the bathrooms. Synergy brought my vision to life and I cannot say enough good things about them. I also loved supporting a woman owned company. Mina never forgot any details about my remodel and the communication with everyone on her team was excellent. Synergy just makes everything easier for their clients. They are the absolute best!

Structural Repair & Renovations 5 months agoWe hired structural repair and renovations to replace some footings on an addition to our house. We selected them from five contractors based on the price (middle of the pack) and the warranty on the work (best of the bunch). They started by drawing up detailed plans that included some additional suggestions for shoring up the structure that would be compliant with modern code requirements. Once we authorized the work they started promptly. The work crews were polite and communicative. My primary contact with the company was Pat, who was also communicative and answered all my questions or put me in touch with the engineers who could. The workers found some old termite damage necessitating additional repairs and the quote to fix it was very reasonable. All in all the work appears solid and this was about an easy experience as major repairs to a home can be. Thank you!

Royal Homes USA Design & Build 10 months agoAllen did a superb job making a minor repair to my Ikea book shelf. The back had lost its shape, preventing the lower shelves from sitting securely on the pegs. Allen was able to fix the problem in about 30 minutes, and now my book shelf can be used again! I will definitely use him again if the need arises.

Custom Home Elements a year agoWe cannot say enough good things ! We had to widen an exterior door and install a heavy duty ramp. The shed / closet door was where the ramp had to go… No problem. Vic and his team moved the door, installed new siding where the door was – that matched PERFECTLY- to the existing siding. Everyone comments on the ramp. It’s beautiful and structurally sound. Thank you !!!! We will be calling for more work to be done soon!

BJGE INC 2 months agoThese fellows did an incredible job of cleaning my deck. It was filthy with an accumulation of black moldy areas and droppings from my bird feeders. I can’t believe how clean it is – like new! They went above and beyond my expectations.
