The guys were professional and courteous. They were able to free up a drain that has been an off and on problem for 3 years. They did it quick too. Definitely calling the folks for any future problems. They stand by their work as well and want your problem to stay fixed right. I appreciate that.

Tyree Plumbing has done work in my home on several occasions. They have consistently arrived at my home on time. Chase, Luke and Owen have not only demonstrated excellent plumbing skills, but they have consistently been very polite and patient in explaining things to me. I couldn’t ask for more.

I called Tyree Plumbing to replace my water heater and to look into what could be done to keep my water pressure from dropping when I did things like flush the toilet when taking a shower. Let me be clear when I say I had adequate water pressure and clear water prior to the call. I was simply trying to maintain pressure when using other water in my home. After having to follow Tyree’s recommendation to call Falwell Corporation, I have now realized what Tyree did incorrectly. As a result, I strongly discourage calling Tyree plumbing to diagnose any plumbing or well issues and I would also submit they do not have reliable troubleshooting techniques when diagnosing problems. They also charge by the hour instead of quoting a job. Now Tyree’s solution to address this issue was to not charge me for the third man (Scott) who came out. The still charged me for the full 7 hours the two workers were there who I can tell you did not work a full 7 hours. The two workers were stomped for at least an hour, waited for Scott to arrive which was about another 30 minutes to an hour and they then went out for another hour or so for parts. What Tyree should have done is not charged me for the third man and also not charged me for at least 2 hours that their first two guys were standing around waiting and driving around getting parts to address the issue they created do to their lack of knowledge. I think the labor rate is like $195/hr or something which I think is even higher than Falwell. Falwell also has enough knowledge to give you a price and they don’t charge for waiting and time standing around. Falwell even brought some other issues to my attention and addressed them for no additional charge. Please see my full review attached as a photo to this review.

I can’t thank you guys enough!! I was hoping it would be a quick easy fix but when Chase said the leak was underground, my heart sank . He told me how much it would be per hour to dig by hand or machine and I just thought and then I prayed and I said to go ahead and dig, I even went to get my warm clothes on and a shovel to help because well we don’t have a lot. By the time I got back out there with my shovel, they had already found the pipe that was leaking. I thank God for answered prayers and for Tyree Plumbing for sending me a couple great guys that were very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and hard-working! Thank you again guys, and thank you Chase for getting into the mud-sorry about that- but thank you again and again from the bottom of my heart !!! I now know who I will call anytime I am needing help with my plumbing! Y’all are great!

I had a washing machine drain starting to backup. I’ve had bad luck with plumbers lately so I was very pleased when a polite and professional looking employee showed up. (on time and with everything he needed) He did a great job even with some complications, cleaned up the area after and communicated everything with me effectively about what they can do in the future if I need it. His name was Luke and I highly recommend him and Tyree Plumbing.

There are sooooo many options when you have a plumbing need. Please believe me when I tell you that Tyree Plumbing is the one. Our immediate communication with Amy was a wonderful surprise—she asked all the right questions, provided all the necessary information and details to prepare us for the visit. Additionally, on the day of our scheduled appointment, she called and notified us that the guys were running a little late and what time to expect them. The first visit was top notch—and our project required a piece to be ordered. Amy called when the part came in and we worked out all the details around our schedule. Visit number two was seamless—Brian came in and immediately got to work—cleaned up and provided specific information on everything he had done (AGAIN). All communication was professional. We knew every step of the way what was happening in the process. The price was reasonable for what we needed and we will definitely use Tyree Plumbing again for ALL our plumbing needs! Thank you Brian and Amy JOB WELL DONE!

I had a water leak from the meter to the house. Called Tyree plumbing, talked to Mr. Tyree himself and was at the house very quickly. I told him I was without water due to the leak and had kids. His main focus was repair the problem and get the water back on for my family. He showed up, pin pointed the problem with ease! The repairs were done efficiently, and couldn’t have chosen a more reasonable person for the Job!!! Thank you Mr. Tyree!!!!
