Had a faulty valve replaced. Carol who is in the office was a tremendous help during our ordeal. We were without hot water for 11 days due to manufacturer not wanting to cover warranty but eventually they agreed. Thank you so much Carol & Thomas who replaced our part, we can now have hot showers instead of cold. Definitely recommend them.

I was referred to Plumbing Innovators by Main Heating and Air my HVAC company. I gave them a call because one of the pipes that lead into the water heater cracked and water was spraying out of a small hole. I turned off the water main and crossed my fingers that they could come. At first they said no one was available, so as I was looking for someone else, I immediately got a call back from them, saying that they were able to find someone that could come right away. I was jumping for joy. The young man that came was extremely polite and he got right to work. He fixed the broken pipe and even helped me shop vac some of the water that was in the basement. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing work.

Top notch service by Matt and his assistant today! I was fit into the schedule at the end of the day for a leak in my home. The leak was discovered coming from my dishwasher. They made sure there was not water continuing to drip and recommended a local repair shop. We have tried a few different local plumbing companies over the years and Plumbing Innovators always exceeds our expectations. Customer service is always exceptional. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Plumbing Innovators, Inc, by my regular plumber, who stated he did not have the equipment to address my urgent situation. I called Plumbing Innovators, and the lady who answered the phone was very courteous and efficient. Good front office staff is hard to find these days, and she did her job well. Within 2 hours, Thomas and Matt L. came out to my mothers’ home to fix a main line plumbing blockage. They went right to work accessing the situation, and gave us options and pricing up front. We agreed to proceed based on their assessments. They were successful in clearing the line with a motorized snake, without any further damage to the line or additional problems. They were efficient and professional. The price may have been a little high in my view, but they did come out within a few hours and saved us further anxiety and inconvenience. I appreciate their promptness immensely. I would recommend this company and I would use them again. Thank you!!!!

I recently had a plumbing emergency, my grinder pump stopped working and sewage was backing up into the house. Plumbing Innovators came through like champs. Diran, the plumber who showed up, was a true professional—knowledgeable, efficient, and refreshingly honest. He diagnosed the problem and provided clear explanations, which I really appreciated. I was very impressed with Plumbing innovators responsiveness They managed to send Diran out on the same day, which was crucial given the urgency of the situation. I highly recommend Plumbing Innovators. Their skilled technicians, fair pricing, and commitment to customer service have earned my trust.

Prompt…came out same day when I had no water from well for days from another plumber who put in wrong size pump. They were also very understanding, courteous and reasonably priced! Came when no other company could nor would come out going on a week of no water nor understanding of why. Highly recommend!

Been using Plumbing Innovators Industrial LLC for my septic pump out needs for a few years now, and I had experience with two other local companies prior to switching to Plumbing Innovators. In my experience, Josh, Robbie, and the rest of the team are top notch, and they are the team I plan to keep calling when I need their help.

We had a plumbing emergency on Sunday, March 3, 2024 and Plumbing Innovators was able to service our issue (several other companies we contacted were unable to do so or did not return our calls). When we spoke with them earlier in the day they indicated they had a full schedule but would be able to come between 6 and 7 pm and we told them YES!! They arrived within that time frame and even though they had put in a full day we were treated with professionalism and care. The two young men who took care of our problem (Matt and Matt) were knowledgeable and impeccably neat. We were extremely impressed with the level of expertise and service we received. We highly recommend Plumbing Innovators!!!!
