The My Plumber technician was able to repair my shower leak within hours of scheduling the appointment. He was prompt, courteous and effective and was able to replace my master shutoff valve and pressure regulator on the same visit. We’ve always been satisfied by the high quality service provided by the My Plumber skilled workers.

We had a faucet leak in our shower which needed a cartridge replacement. I had disassembled the shower handle myself but could not remove the cartridge as it was stuck. The technician stopped by my house and instead of trying to fix the problem at hand, he tried to upsell maintenance plan and recommended replacing water heater expansion tank. I was quoted around 600$ to replace the cartridge. I felt it was outrageous as the cartridge costs $60 at Home Depot, therefore I declined. I was able to replace the cartridge myself with the cartridge removal tool from Home Depot which cost me $15 and it only took me 10 minutes. All in all avoid his business like a plague as their only goal is to rip you off.
