Great Team and Great Service! I am pleasantly surprised that Home Depot has a contract with such a stellar team. They were the best price by far to replace our water heater and Gina explained all of the options, pros/cons and pricing to get our heater replaced. She was knowledgeable and didn’t sound like a “used car salesman” trying to nickel and dime you. Our tech, Portius was equally as stellar during the install. He and his teammate worked together well and got the water heater installed in about 2 hours and took the time to go over all features of the heater and explained the work he completed. If you are looking for a fair price and great service, look no further than Fairfax Electric Plumbing & Gas! Thank you!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fairfax Electric Plumbing & Gas – they install a new water heater, through Home Depot Service but the entire experience has been frustrating. Despite their initial assurances of quality and efficiency, the water heater installation failed multiple inspections. Each time, the inspector pointed out different issues that should have been caught and addressed by any competent professional during installation. The repeated failures not only caused significant delays but also meant additional costs for me, as I had to take time off work to accommodate the inspector’s schedule and fixes .Their poor service has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience which they did not even care to address during the process. I would not recommend Fairfax Electric if you are looking for reliable and professional electrical services. Their management was well below the standard expected from a licensed contractor.

Ordered a water heater through Home Depo who contracted these guys, was told the job was too much work going from a short to tall heater and a freon line coming off the A/C was in the way. Called Home Depo apparently this is their main contractor. Going to Lowes and and a different installer.

Exceptional service at every turn from the estimate through to scheduling, arranging the install, and execution of the install of the water heater. The techs (incl Dre) were courteous, professional and competent. The support staff (mostly Gina) was above and beyond in communicating. Easy 5 stars.

Get ready for exceptional service from Fairfax Electric, Plumbing & Gas! When I experienced water issues during the holiday season, I reached out to them for a quote on Home Depot’s website. To my surprise, they responded promptly on Black Friday morning, and Gina’s professionalism and expertise won me over. I chose to do business with them, and it was the best decision I ever made! Months later, when I had a water heater issue, they were quick to respond and resolve the problem. I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service! In fact, I’m eagerly waiting for my water heater to go out again so that I can experience their exceptional service once more! A big shout-out to Gina and the entire team for their outstanding work!

Fairfax EP&G worked with Home Depot to install a water heater in my home in Manassas. Kim Gray guided me through choosing the right water heater. She had complete mastery of exactly what was needed. She worked with me on scheduling the install, finding a time that was convenient for us. The technician did a fast, competent job of installation. Kim made the payment process quick and easy (great price for the quality of service) and handled all the paperwork. EP&G is now my Go To company for anything electric, plumbing, or gas.
