I had a really great experience with JM plumbing! We had a water heater leaking badly and were without hot water for several days while I searched for a plumber that could do the job and install the heat pump style I was looking for. Once I connected with Nick at JM they got me scheduled immediately for the next morning. The crew went above and beyond to leave a super clean install. They even took the extra step to improve on some poor workmanship left by previous contractors on the furnace gas line. Strongly recommended!

JM has done several major projects, all with excellent results and very high quality. They arrive on time; work hard; do a great job with routing pipes and conduits through tight spaces; make good recommendations on the right equipment needed for the situation. I’ve got tankless water heater and furnace, now freeing up an entire room in my basement.

Communicated via email about an boiler heater issue first thing in the morning. Once they had all the information on the problem, communication ceased. Called the office to schedule an appointment. No returned call. Seems they “hand pick” there jobs. Very disappointing

I called JM Plumbing to find out if they serviced the type of furnace I had (fujitsu). The person who answered the phone was very professional and took down all the information for someone to call me back. I even received an email saying the same. Never received a response.

We arranged with Nick to have a very old gas boiler and water heater replaced, and at the same time got other plumbing needs taken care of–a new sump pump and outside water faucet. Communication was great, all employees were courteous and professional, and the equipment installed seems fine, although we’re waiting for the heat to be needed, which should happen soon. The work area was left tidy.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received regarding the installation of our tankless water heater. Nick came out for the estimate and walked through everything, answering all our questions. The crew that did the install was extremely professional, neat, efficient and did a fantastic job. We talked to many companies about going tankless and we’re really glad we went with JM Plumbing. Highly recommended! Five stars from our family hands down.
