I called to ask a simple question. Soon as the call was answered I said “Hey I have a question.” The man that spoke went “listen, do you have a plumbing emergency yes or no? I responded yes so he said “great there’s a $250 deposit required get your credit card ready I’ll transfer you to scheduling now goodbye” and then i got put in contact with scheduling that also wouldn’t answer me unless I gave them my credit card numbers. My question that they refused to answer:: “Do you guys do work in Arlington?” They didn’t even know who I was, what I needed, or where I was and they wouldn’t even speak unless I gave them private financial info? How are they this highly rated??

We had a sediment build-up on our kitchen faucet which was causing low-flow. Shannon cleared out the blockage & did not charge us! So generous! We will be sure to call O’Neill Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

Thank God for this guy, Shannon is a lifesaver my toilet was clogged and I spent over an hour and he helped me unclog it in less than 10 minutes, very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend.

O’Neill Plumbing went above and beyond to answer questions, provide solutions, and fix our problem after my water heater expansion tank broke. They are extremely responsive, they listen, they’re friendly, and they show up fast. This is by far one of the best companies I have ever worked with. If I ever have another problem water or gas problem, I’m calling O’Neill Plumbing and you should too.
