Island Construction LLC 3 years agoDevin was so quick and good. He repaired textures that were lost under molding, put in beam supports for a new opening between kitchen and living room and widened kitchen original opening. Took out old tile, replaced new subfloor, re-sheetrocked a wall that had horrible wallpaper that wouldn’t come off. Wired and installed canned lights in cathedral ceiling, added support and new light/fan fixture, repaired ceiling cracks, moved wiring for several outlets and set up media wiring for TV. My husband asked questions and Devin taught him some trade secrets. I HAVE given his name to others and highly recommend him!

ClearCut Exterior Building Solutions 2 weeks agoWe paid $55,000 for renovations that they rushed. They didn’t do half of what they said they would do. They broke 2 of our windows and the main doorframe. They left a hole in our wall, destroyed our doorbell, and cut our internet line twice. To top it all off all of our windows and doors they replaced don’t close properly and they left without fixing most of it. I am also adding this edit to say that their response to this review is a blatant cover up and lie. They said they would come by one of 2 days in July to see if everything was in order. They also asked for a list of all the problems with the job. They ignored our 3 emails sent to the manager of the project. We took the 2 days off they said they would be coming by to “touch up their work” . All I can say is I never signed a paper saying the work was done or that we were satisfied with it. They never contacted us after they “completed” their work. They never had someone come approve the job they did and they definitely never had someone come by and do a walkthrough.

ALCO Construction 8 months agoAlco Construction are Big Cheaters, make false promises, no proper warranty support. DO NOT ULTILIZE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR YOUR HOMES. You would lose peace of mind, money and have to deal with issues everyday. Everything in the house is made with very poor quality materials!!! 1. Our home is less than 1 year old and we already have a leaked in our ceiling in the laundry room where is coming down from a dryer-vented pipe that were not sealed. 2.Refrigerator cabinet side panel is having a big gap when placed in Refrigerator. 3. None of the exterior doors are painted including ( Front main, Balcony on 2nd, rooftop and storage on roof top. 4.Squeaky floor noise on 2nd floor and hallway entry to master bedroom. 5.The balcony entrance door panel is missing mortar from the side. – Communication are horrible, warranty issues, complaining are only be handle my emails no phone call or giving out phone contacts. I would like to caution anyone considering doing business with these people. My experience has been excruciating to say the least! They throw their customer service out the window once you sign their contract and closing your home!!!!
