In the beginning, they were great. But now they don’t want to finish the job. We’ve scheduled 7 times for them to come out to finish the bathroom work ( they confirmed they were available for the day. We didn’t pick the day.) My husband works Grave shift, and with the very little sleep he gets, he still gets up and waits for the crew to come and finish the job. But no one shows up, nor do we get a message that something came up and are not available anymore. I am very disappointed in how the company is treating us. Hope they stop treating their customers badly

These guys were wonderful! Came out to fix a drainage issue and had it done within an hour and stuck with the quote they gave me over the phone. When I found out they also do heating, electrical and air, I was over the moon as it’s hard to find honest appliance companies who are affordable and fast, so I will be calling them again in the future!

This company is absolutely amazing! We had our main drainage from our home back up during a holiday weekend. These guys responded quickly when we reached out to them. They came out within 24 hours and arrived at the time they said they would. Not only did they snake our drain to clear it, they also used a camera to show us what our drainage system looked like which we were not expecting them to do at no additional cost to us. At the end of the service, they were honest with us about what we could expect moving forward. We live in an old house so the pipes will need replacing or lining at some point in the near future. We didn’t pay anything more than what we were quoted over the phone when we contacted them. I will be using Near Me in the future for any of my plumbing needs. I will also be recommending them to my neighbors, family, and friends.

These guys were amazing! They came out during a holiday weekend in less than 24 hours, and they snaked my main line with a (verified) camera and showed us the issue. They were super transparent and friendly, and extremely honest about pricing and what we’d need to do to fix the issue. Plus they were significantly cheaper than anyone else. These guys will forever be my go-to guys and I’m telling all my friends and neighbors in the area to call these guys first.
