Richie was fantastic. Came right away. Had a main pressure valve go bad. Changed it in a timely matter. Explained what to look for ahead in our system over time to avoid huge repairs. Also spoke about potential plumbing additions in our unfinished portion of the basement with a quote. I’ll be asking for him every time I need a plumber.

I will recommend everyone to Eric’s plumbing. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our technician Richie was kind, extremely knowledgeable and gave helpful insights and recommendations. They ended up replacing our mainline and did an incredible job and cleaned up everything after they were done. I was also impressed with Eric and how he explained the reason why for each step and was willing to jump in and work alongside his team. They did a great job making us feel like a priority and I could tell they cared about our family. Amazing company and I will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.
