I would highly recommend Gross Family Plumbing LLC. They provide free estimates and a detailed breakdown of costs, leaving no room for hidden charges. Even taxes are included. I booked my plumbing maintenance for the following week. Billy arrived right on time, was very respectful, and exceeded the service expectations. He even went above and beyond by reattaching my loose water pipe, something I didn’t even realize was disconnected. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars, because Billy and his crew from Gross Family Plumbing LLC definitely deserve it. They were well-versed, neat, straightforward, and very professional. They promptly arrived in Salt Lake City to inspect a leakage issue in my basement, and they quickly identified the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. We recently bought this building and didn’t have any history of the plumbing issues, so we were quite surprised when they discovered a screwdriver in the trap! They provided me with some useful tips for regular maintenance and ways to prevent such occurrences in the future. Their charges were reasonable, and they worked incredibly well. Highly recommended! We reached out to Gross Family Plumbing LLC as our water heater required replacement. To our delight, they showed up the very next day. That’s not all, they managed to install the new heater on the same day too! Initially, we were prepared for a long wait or multiple exchanges, but they exceeded our expectations. They presented us with four different price options on a quote sheet, each with its pros and cons, and there were no hidden costs. There were some older elements that were poorly installed previously, which took Billy and Miguel a bit longer to handle.
