Amazing work by Jonathan and his team on the plan for our house. Professional and friendly, they answered all of our questions, kept everything clean, and were respectful of our house. Morgan showed up when our slab leak first happened and was great. Throughout the whole process, he patiently explained everything in great depth, understanding our needs and what we were going through. I will definitely buy from this company again and again. Any questions or worries we had before or after the process were easily answered by the girl in the office. This company’s employees were all great. I appreciate your help in handling a tough situation. Of course, we really value Orem Plumbing!

They came out when our basement floor drain backed up about half a gallon of unfavorable water while my wife was taking a shower. They ran a sewer camera but didn’t find any problems. The service technician was funny and professional; I appreciate having service providers like him in the world.

Since Orem Plumbing had previously installed my sump pump, I called them when it broke. Not only did they send out a technician who assessed the situation and determined that everything was covered, but they also replaced my hot water tank and cleaned and disinfected my basement, removing the majority of the damaged items along the way.

Jonathan was able to come out the same day we called to unclog a pipe. He was very personable, helpful, and quick, and he did a great job. He also gave helpful advice for maintenance that may help prevent future clogs, which was appreciated.
