Collin, who arrived at my place to address the problem, was highly skilled and experienced, and also very friendly and punctual. The experience was truly positive, and I plan on using the services of this team in the future. They are a clear example of how great service is being provided under the new ownership.

i was taken aback by how dedicated ross, one of avery & sons plumbing’s new management team, was on site. despite the bad weather, he was working as tirelessly as his crew to install my plumbing and heating system. every person in their team, from office management to sales representatives, and their skilled workers like anthony, geoffrey, wyatt, and nolan, were all exceptional and put in a lot of effort. i highly recommend their services to anyone in orem who is interested in any plumbing repairs or installations that avery & sons plumbing offers. i will always reach out to them for any future plumbing issues or new projects that may arise in my home. i want to express my gratitude once again for the quality workmanship, utmost professionalism, and consideration to my preferences. all these at a great value for a great price. the new ownership is definitely providing excellent service now.

I reached out to Earl when I noticed our water meter was always running, to see if he could identify a potential leak. Over the phone, he guided me on how to check the system until we found the leak. His assistance was invaluable and we plan to continue working with him to fix the leak in Orem. I highly recommend Earl for any plumbing needs.

We were able to get scheduled in on the same day in Orem. Jamie attempted to repair the existing unit before making any recommendations. They offered a prompt, pressure-free quote and were able to start work on it immediately. Jamie managed to finish the dismantling and installation within just 2 hours. Geoffrey and Nolan were an absolute delight to work with! They assisted us in solving a persistent, terrible odor that had been bothering us for more than a year. Nolan was outstanding. He discovered a massive gap in one of our primary pipes, which might have been present for a long time. This issue was a result of a D pin that had been driven straight through it from work completed by the previous owners. If it wasn’t for his expertise and honest work ethic, we would have a severe issue in Orem, as our basement was on the verge of becoming a breeding ground for germs and bacteria due to the leakage. We are incredibly grateful for Nolan’s help! Moreover, Earl operated the excavator like a seasoned professional and was incredibly kind and diligent. Thank you, guys!
