Sitka Plumbing is fantastic and Russ is great to work with! Their prices are good, and they know their stuff. Russ was very responsive and helped replace a failed water softener (my old one was 16 years old) with a really good replacement at a good price. Their service is fast and friendly and the only one that I reached out to that followed through and didn’t waste my time. We also had them fix additional plumbing issues and installed some new equipment. I highly recommend Sitka Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services. They’ve definitely got a satisfied customer and will continue to use them whenever I have any plumbing projects down the road.

I just finished a complete remodel, and I’ve got to give major props to Russ at Sitka Plumbing. I’ve built or remodeled many homes in the past five years, and Russ is the real deal. He was always on time and a breath of fresh air regarding pricing and transparency. He laid everything out clearly – costs, timelines, the works. No hidden fees or unexpected ‘gotchas’. It’s rare to find such straightforward honesty these days. And the quality of work was excellent. From the plumbing to the finishing, Russ was meticulous. Russ did quick and great work. He was honest, efficient, helpful and answered all questions. Replaced our water heater and was in and out in about 1 1/2 hrs. Couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend!

I had some basement plumbing issues and a leaky pipe going to the septic tank was the top issue. Russ was able to come over and diagnose the problem correctly and saved me hundreds over what another plumber had thought the issue was. Glad we went with Sitka!

Russ was great to work with and was very responsive and helpful during the projects. He offered a lot of insight and even gave me options to do certain parts of the work if I wanted to save money, such as the demo (he would of course be willing to do it if I didn’t want to), that was a nice change compared to some other contractors I have worked with in the past.
