The guys who came out to install a new water heater were great! They were very punctual, respectful, and didn’t even mind when I asked questions. They came out quickly too, and didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment or anything. So thankful!!Thank you Max Sheffield Plumbing

I called to setup an appointment for a bursted water pipe. They could come out that day between 4pm-7pm. I called at 7pm they said that I was in the system for 8:30. I called again at 8:30pm and they said they are not sure what happen but they would get with the manager and get back with me. It’s 9:15pm and still no call.

My roommate called this company to come fix a clogged main pipe in the house. The guy came to the house on the first call, removed a toilet and then essentially ghosted us. Told us multiple times they were “on their way” and would be here by a certain time and never showed up. Eventually got another company out and the other company found and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I honestly think all the other reviews for this are fake/bought.

I would definitely recommend Max Sheffield Plumbing. Their plumbers are very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. They took their time to explain everything to me and answered all the questions that i had.Their charges were very fair.. I was very impressed.
