The technician came to our shop to correct a plumbing problem we had with our hot water for a chinese piece of equipment. The technician was able to troubleshoot the problem even though all the diagrams were in chinese. Great customer service. Several shops like ours have this equipment and all have problems getting them to work. I believe ours is the only shop that has a working one now.

Update: Dec. 2023 – Used Double L Plumbing to install a couple toilets. Logan did a great job. They were installed quickly and with no issues. He cleaned up everything and disposed of the toilets for me. Was about the same price Home Depot wanted for installation and far cheaper than Lowe’s. Glad I called them again and will use their services when I replace the hot water heater next year. Thanks for doing an excellent job. Terry did a great job. Made sure everything was working properly. Left the job site cleaner than I expected. I think the price charged was a fair value for the repair.

After several discussions I was told the project would be discounted, but I was not really sure of final costs. In discussion was told they would be there Friday, then called back and said “is Monday ok?” Well I guess. Found another plumber to fix on Saturday at Double L’s discounted price. I sure learned a lot from Double L about “estimates” and “bids”.

From the first phone call to get service to the service man coming out to access the issue, Double L staff was prompt, professional and communicated well what was going on and what we needed to fix. Shout out to Patrick for discovering things about our home that we were not aware of. And for working so hard in this hot Texas summer. We will definitely use them again for plumbing needs/issues.

They are very courteous, professional,knowledgeable and most important very friendly , treat you like family. The only plumbing company i have used for 20 years . Seth was speedy, had great attitude, He was explaining what he was doing and has a great knowledge of my problem. I feel very secure when i call these people that i won’t be taken advantage of because I’m a senior citizen .
